Responsible by Design
Environmental Management — ISO 14001
Our sites operate under ISO 14001 environmental management systems. Environmental responsibility is planned into the works from day one — not retrofitted after the fact — across earthwork, concreting and track installation.
In-House Batching Plants, Near Site
We set up our own concrete batching plants close to the work — as at the NTPC Ramagundam siding, where some 45,000 cum of concrete was produced at site. Fewer transport movements on public roads, and full control over concrete quality.
Certified Material Sourcing
Track and construction materials are sourced from RDSO-approved vendors and carry BIS/ISI certification. Disciplined procurement keeps sub-standard material out of the supply chain — and out of the ground.
Workforce Welfare
PF, ESI, labour licences and labour-payment insurances are maintained on every project. PPE is mandatory at all levels, and skills workshops keep our gangs trained for the work in front of them.
