RESPONSIBILITIES
What You Will Do
- 01Prepare BOQs, rate analyses and cost estimates
- 02Verify contractor and sub-contractor bills against measurements
- 03Maintain measurement books and reconciliation statements
- 04Support claims, variations and final-bill certification
QUALIFICATIONS
What You Bring
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 3–7 years of quantity-surveying experience, railway/metro preferred
- Working knowledge of railway schedule of rates is a plus
